General
Q: What exactly am I buying?
You’re purchasing a digital product or done-for-you (DFY) service — custom resume help, assessments, interview prep, or bundles — delivered directly to your email or portal. No physical items are shipped.
Q: What’s included in each service or bundle?
Every product includes exactly what’s listed on its product page. Some services include multiple items like resume rebuilds, assessments, mock interviews, cheat sheets, and more. Read the description before purchasing.
Q: Do I need to send anything after checkout?
Yes — you must send any required info (assessments, resume, logins, intake forms) to our email right after booking. Instructions are in your confirmation email.
Q: What happens if I don’t send my info?
We cannot begin your order. You’ll get 1 reminder email. After that, we reserve the right to mark your order as inactive without refund.
Turnaround & Delivery
Q: How long does it take to receive my order?
Most orders are completed within 3–5 business days. Rush upgrades may be available for an additional fee.
Q: How will I receive my files or completed service?
You’ll receive a download link or email delivery. For DFY interviews, we may send you the completed video, audio, or upload instructions.
Q: Can I request edits after delivery?
Minor edits may be allowed on certain services. If it’s included, it’ll be stated on the product page. Additional revisions may require an add-on fee.
Payments & Refunds
Q: Do you offer refunds?
No. All sales are final due to the custom and digital nature of our products. Once your file or service is in progress, no refund will be issued.
Q: Do you offer payment plans?
Not at this time, but we’re working on it. Be sure to join the email list for updates.
Q: Can I swap one product for another?
Yes. Only available if you have not received a congratulations from any job.
